Modern stay close to Waterloo
quiet room comfortable bed great location
I found the location superb, very close to Waterloo station. The street had boutique shops and cafes, perfect for exploring. The room was quiet and i enjoyed a comfortable bed, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day.
The room had very little space for my things and the chair was rather flimsy.

glass walls limited privacy
the room I stayed in was rather small. the toilet and shower area lacked complete privacy since they were enclosed with only glass walls. this arrangement might pose an issue seeking more seclusion.

Stylish Stay near Waterloo
convenient location modern design comfortable room
I found the location super convenient for getting around. The hotel had a really great vibe with a modern design. My room was clean and I thought it was really comfortable, too. I walked to many attractions and explored near my hotel.
The room was a bit expensive relative what I got. I expected some amenities at this price point. A small fridge would have been nice to keep drinks cold.

The hotel's proximity to major attractions was a definite plus. i appreciated the lively atmosphere and cool vibe of the place. The bar area was always buzzing. the staff were very friendly and helpful when i needed directions or recommendations. They were always smiling. i also found the breakfast to be fresh and tasty with good options.
The room did feel a little compact. I wish there was more storage space available.

The room had a good shower with nice water pressure, though the bathroom layout was a bit unconventional with glass walls. The bed was very comfortable and i slept well each night. there was also a sound system in the room i used.

glass walls inadequate space
The room felt cramped due to a peculiar layout. The toilet and shower area are separated from the room only by glass walls, offering little privacy. Accessing the shower requires walking through the toilet area, which leads to water spillage. the room offered inadequate space for storing or hanging clothes.

complicated check-in inadequate lighting
the location was acceptable near waterloo station.
The check-in process felt overly complicated, and i faced an excessive amount of questions. they almost denied my check-in because i didn't have a driver's license or passport, even though i had already paid. the room lacked adequate lighting. One side of the bed had no light, bedside table, or plugs.

The location is convenient for accessing many attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful .. Check-in was efficient and easy. The design added a quirky touch without being excessive.
I was assigned a disabled access roomwith some inconveniences. The sink was low, and the layout was clearly designed for wheelchair access, not ideal for taller guests.
